I tried this famula on 3 thread fabric its not working
Hi, can i ask u some question I dont get clearly why we have to use small Knit CAM for 75D, and what is the use of that small CAM plss
Dear small knit cam use for binder to tight and loose terry or fleece fabric structure, if we want to tight so that stitch length need less than Base yarn stitch
@@TextileTipsZone I found that we must to use the double throat sinker for this fabric, we use the small knit cam for 75D because it make sure the needles can not raise to high so it can tuck with 30S on the upper throat, and then they both can slip onto the old course that still relax on the lower throat.
Can you please explain dry and wet heatsetting? Which is better for full feeder lycra rib 230gsm.
Sir, I have done some knitting by 34/1 cotton with 40D lycra full feeder in recent, here need heat set before dyeing, 34/1 stitch length 2.90, 40d lycra stitch length 1.45 considering needle count in dial for lycra stitch length

Our Requirement 200gsm interlock.. Pls advice techinical details count*loop length*machine dia*finishine dia. 🙏
Please use 40/1 yarn and use stitch length 2.90 for light color, 2.95 for medium color & 3.05 for black and black like deep color, finish dia will be machine dia = finish dia, example if machien dia 40x24 finish dia will be 80 inch.

good day. please what polyester yarn count do you suggest I need when using 24s cotton yarn . I want to achieve roughly 185 GSM. Also the same for the right lycra yarn count with 24s cotton yarn.
Polyester count =5315÷Cotton Count

Sir hours because here also many processes like main tank fill up by water, demineralization, detergent, stabilizer,sequestering dearatinng agent dosing, soda caustic mixing and dossing time, raise up to bleach temperature for, after that runtime, next processes cooling, hot wash, Pt tank, acetic acid, h2o2 killer, drain and sample check all over time is 3:30 hours. Hope you understand, this is difference between fabric dyeing and yarn dyeing.
